Apologies if this has already been answered deep within another thread...

Since we are now able to buy miles, does anyone know if the option for Platinum members to borrow 10% of their mileage balance to secure an award is still available? My flying level has pretty much dropped to zero in the past few months, and I could scrape one final pair of award flights using a combination of bought and borrowed miles. I'd appreciate advice from someone who know for sure the situation.
