I just called in & the very nice lady said she didn't see a change & didn't see my Gold being extended through 2/2004. I guess I'll try back in a day or two...
On the plus side, while talking to her, I told her about the great stay I had at the Doubletree Sacramento & the bad experience I had at the Hilton Concord, & at the end of the call, she said she was going to give me 3,000 points for my inconvience at the Concord. Didn't expect anything or ask for anything, but that is a very nice feature customer service has at it's fingertips - heck, just her apology was nice to hear - sure didn't hear one from the Concord Hilton!
