BTW, in the wine biz..... grapes planted just across the street from one given plot, even if the soil and climate are 100% the same can be worth
20x more just because they are on the 'right' side of the street.... hence the importance of 'sub-regions' inside given areas.
Absurdities like that are one of the reasons I try to buy wine from the 'wrong' side of the street. (Assuming, of course, a competent wine maker knows what to do with the grapes).
