Is CO now better than Delta for TATL Upgrades?

I'm a Delta Plat - but have been considering switching to CO. Both airlines are about equal in terms of getting me where I need to go TATL. CO is better for Domestic US travel.

In 2010 Delta will reduce their SWUs from 6 to 4...(you have to hit new Diamond status at 125K EQMs for 10 SWUs)

I travel TATL 1once per month on B or H fares (US to AMS, MUC, CDG, LHR, or MAN).

I'm confused after researching the co.com and the flyertalk FAQs.
How does CO handle TATL upgrades?

Miles / fees only? or are there SWUs for plats?

Looks like CO has a better upgrade hierarchy for B/H fares (based on Elite status first...then fare class whereas Delta's is based on fare class first...so I get screwed with H fares).

So if CO is equivalent or better with SWUs...might be time to make the switch.

Thanks,
