Don't worry, the upgrades suck too! It's my town and I love it, but that hotel is not the one to choose when visiting our town. It's not a dump or anything, just cold and out of the way. Heck I even passed on earning an entire stack of Hilton points because I did not want to have a large event there. You'll have to call next time you're in town - KB.
