I haven't stayed there, but I've heard great things about the Sani Beach Resort. It's just over an hour from SKG (direct flights from LGW on BA and Easyjet), and has a variety of lodging options- from a package-tour style 4* hotel to two suite complexes. Again, it's got beaches and pools and whatnot, but it's a rather sizeable complex so the location of whatever amenities will depend on exactly what you book- therefore I'd advise you ring them and explain your preferences.
