This is a good question. Pre-order = Pre-payment. Merchandise is delivered, and an invoice of acknowledgement is signed. No credit cards, cash or vouchers transacted/exchanged by the crew. For my own curiousity, will find out if vouchers can be included in the on-line purchase.
