For someone that is not a Y/B/M flyer, my biggest complain is that it is basically NW Platinum with complimentary lounge access, all for an extra 50k EQM. I'm not convinced that the "VIP Line" is going to be anything better than what I received from the NWA Platinum line. And I'll also echo the lack of companion upgrades.

And there is no apparent way to upgrade internationally as a non-Y/B/M flyer. At least with WorldPerks and the EliteExtraPerks you could choose 2 SWUs (from ANY FARE) at the 120k level.

Yes I know NW WorldPerks is gone but that doesn't change the fact that DL still needs to convince me to keep giving them money. I don't know if they were counting on having my revenue just slide over from NW to DL automatically, but I'm not an automaton and I am not very keen on this new program. I was really hoping for more *bang* in the program to make up my mind for me. But I'm left underwhelmed and in basically the same position as before.

And yes this is constructive criticism. I don't need to be attacked or accused of "mud-slinging".
