You won't go wrong at any of the hotels (including Seiyo Ginza, which is currently owned by Rosewood). I contest the statement that the PH is getting tired, I see absolutely no evidence of that.

The Pen Suite deal is the best value deal around right now though, I wonder if you could get multiples of 2 nights?
