SWU is #1 issue.

For some of those who come from NW, companion upgrades are also a significant issue. Given that upgrades are more competitive on DL, I'm not sure that a better companion upgrade can be implemented (even if limited to DM) w/o degrading the overall upgrade experience for PMs.

Maintaining a solid floor under PM should be as much a priority as enhancing DM.
