Ok, IŽll go the hard way and gonna try the property with wife and kid and will report in detail how they treat RAs.
They seem to have a new General Manager since a few months, which seems to be very customer-oriented. Looking at reviews on Trip Advisor, the GM is commenting personally on every review, regardless if the review is positive or negative.
Good move, which I would recommend some other GMs as well.
