Maybe you can try Venetour, a Venezuelan specialist TA based in the Canaries (though I haven't used them and so don't know if their service is any good).


Alternatively, Avior also have a direct flight from POS to PMV, though the website shows no availability for the dates I've looked at. I suppose you can always ring them and ask...

And, hablando is of course right, as a result of the political situation and currency controls, Venezuela isn't exactly a hot tourist destination at the moment...
