No, Capella isn't open until next year, from what I hear.

As for The Tides - Miami remains good, as long as the GM, Shan Kanagasingham is still there (she is very good indeed), but do be careful about The Tides Riviera Maya as a friend of mine was there very recently and since the GM left, it has become a nightmare - bad food, service etc - a real shame. I really liked it when I stayed - not a polished sort of place, but warm, rustic and really relaxing, with great food and service. if all that has changed, then you would be better off trying Rosewood or Banyan Tree.
