Considering it's in the middle of nowhere and must be finding it a struggle they don't seem to be particularly welcoming if the comments we read on FT are accurate.
I agree; I was thinking of spending a week there in Sept, but ended up booking somewhere else instead...I just couldn't be bothered to face the struggle to get the benefits that I am entitled to! The thought of having to "negotiate" or getting customer services involved just over daily fills on the mini-bar really turned me off!!
