I learned that as recently as yesterday DL was serving Pastrami sandwich or Greek salad as entrees for lunch on their SFO-ATL flights in F.
The AA lunches on transcons sound pretty similar. AA served a
roast beef sandwich for lunch on SFO-BOS a few months ago. I don't recall the second option but it could have been a salad. They even had a
pulled pork sandwich on an SFO-JFK at lunch. I wouldn't mind a pastrami sandwich.
