I had anything between zero wait up to over two hours at IAD immigration.
The record was landing at 2:07pm and be on a domestic flight pushing back at 2:34pm (including rebooking as I was originally on a 5:45pm flight...).
With the given arrival time I see almost no risk if the flight is on time. Just make sure to get off the plane quickly...
