As the previous posters have observed, there are just too many factual inaccuracies and fallacious assumptions to make your story completely believeable. Plus, a lot of your complaints are standard procedure, such as "Had to go through Immigration to get OUT of the Delta baggage area (weird airport setup, very old)" which is common worldwide and mandated by TSA.

Nonetheless, you did have problems. Write to Delta but when you do so, be sure not to include inaccuracies and assumptions. Only the facts, ma'am.
