aye I have the (mis)fortune to use this lounge every 4 weeks as I plod back in forth between LHR and MIA - it is still the AA lounge. Better than downstairs which can be a crazy place with several flights leaving for Europe and South America around the same time. I know IB and VS use it as well.
Free drink (beer wine spirits), soup, sarnies, chips - can't remember about wifi as I can never be arsed.
Usually when they call the flight for boarding in the lounge, by the time you get to the gate (5 min walk) the whole jetway is full of pax, so I prefer to wait 15 mins and board late, unless u want to wait for pre-boarding at the gate.
