Agreed, but more importantly the DYKWIA factor for PM's who don't qualify for DM just took a big hit.
Future PM: "DYKWIA? ,
DYKWIA?"
GA: Unspoken thought ('Yes, you are not a top tier customer'): "Here is your coach BP"
If any level took a hit, PM just lost a lot of its lustre.
