For larger hotels, yes, I sort of agree, although it is not my favourite Rocco Forte in Germany - a bit spooky somehow.

I like the Brandenburger Hof, but it's probably too small to fit the 'big hotel' criteria.

R-C used to be nice, but I just heard they closed their fine dining restaurant, which was my favourite thing about the place, especially when Thomas Kellerman was chef there. Happy days.
