Ah - ok. I've messed with quite a few of these phones, and despite the long list of awesome sounding features, they are generally crap. Bad build quality, poor batteries, poor reception etc...

And you can completely forget about customer support. Oh, they'll usually also be full of spelling mistakes in their firmware
