My most airports in a day is..... On my way to get married in Orlando.

Inverness - Gatwick - Dallas FW - Lubbock - Dallas FW - Orlando.

OK technically it's only 5, but it's a pretty stupid way to get to Orlando from Inverness. (I had to go to Lubbock to pick up my bride.)
