Sorry... I know I don't have to say it... but I will.

For months, the DL forum has been more than peppered with posts expressing gushing anticipation of the 4th tier from those who were certain they would qualify and would find a veritable FF pot of gold (or, in this case, diamonds) at the end of the rainbow.

After (admittedly) skimming through this thread, it's hard to find much enthusiasm to match the rhetoric from the run up.

My regrets to the disappointed "revenue sources." But that's all you are, regardless of the color of the card you carry in your wallet or purse.
