We recently returned from this hotel. We actually also stayed there when Sept 11 happened. I can honestly say this hotel and manager are one of the best we have encountered. After the jet crashed into the twin towers the next day we went to the Hilton Hua Hin to check in. The desk clerk asked us to have a seat as the manager had put a note into our reservation that he wanted to be called upon our arrival. He came to the couch we were sitting on and told us how sorry he was about what had happened to our country and wanted to make sure we were ok. After talking to us for at least 30 minutes he escorted us to our room. Mind you this was an award stay..(25k for 3 nts). He took us to a corner ocean view one bedroom suite. A wonderfull room. They gave us breakfast buffet coupons for each day. They brought fresh fruit and water each day..etc..etc.. Very gracious and caring people. I also want to mention that the weather is pretty hot is Sept/Oct. We were there in March and the weather was wonderfull. Also, on this stay also an award the upgraded us to the same room and same benefits on this stay also. They treat their golds very well. Have a great time.
