I think lightning strike is seen as a minor event, but still treated with caution.

Had a lightning strike on LHR-DUB EI flight a few years ago, captain did decide to turn around and go back to LHR, after checking everything was ok, we continued to DUB and arrived about 90 mins late. Some people were nervous about continuing on the same aircraft, but most were perfectly happy with the captains decision
