What intrigues me about the InOcean villas is that they are not connected to the main island via jetty. (Much like the Soneva Gili setup.) So they would have much more of an exclusive "club" feel I would imagine.
If like me you had stayed in the all-over-water villas at Gili, you would know how difficult it can be at low tide. Also, if there was a problem (yes, I know that the Tsunami has been deleted from your brains, but...) getting back to dry land could be almost impossible.
This type of isolated accommodation has its plus points as it is very romantic to be marooned, but perhaps in these days of unpredictable weather events, this is less of a good idea.
