I believe this is a user issue unless a cookie (is that what they are still called) created by Jetstar allows password to be saved. I would think the user has somehow responded to firefox and caused the value to be saved and not the Jetstar cookie.

If it is Jetstar delete all your cookies and then disable cookies.
