In away jetstar is in fault they got the form made, they allowed it to go live. When it had its attribute as "autocomplete" on that field.
Can you confirm that they actually have autocomplete="on"?
I suspect they have no autocomplete setting at all (which adheres to the HTML and XHTML specifications, and which leaves it up to the individual user to decide how they want their browser to behave).
