Um - if it's your browser that's remembering this, it's not necessarily the responsibility of each and every website in the world to add some tag to every field to stop your browser doing things that you don't want it to. Reconfigure your browser to not remember this sort of stuff.

Edit - the html attribute is "autocomplete" and AFAIK it's not part of any HTML/XHTML standard (except v5). So from a purist point of view, this is something that the browser should be told not to do.
