Us "regular" folks are getting priced out of town. The town always said it didn't want to become another Aspen, but, I'm afraid that's just what's going on.
Personally, I think there is plenty of room at the higher end in the Park City/Deer Valley area. In my view, it's been woefully short of luxury properties for far too long. (Especially those that can be had with points!
