Tearing apart your rollaboard down to the frame rivits, sprading your stuff all over the Recomposure Table while dropping some on the floor, then watching you repack and laughing as the PA announces your boarding door at Gate 255 is closing in one minute is the hardest work a TSO does all day. Only a few actually enjoy such demanding physical labor.
