I have not had a chance to read the whole thing but in skimming I noticed that they have changed the requirement of a brochure (something they were not doing in the first place) to a requirement of signage.

I have more of this tale to tell but I have to act like I am working right now. Be back after while.
Looks like a preemptive strike against the House bill limiting MMW to secondary screening.
