Ah, it's certainly possible that LHR-GRU is more than 25K, I just trusted the 25K the OP mentioned was correct (from the MFU table). I have paid 25K for ex-LHR flights to CPT and LAX. When I fly from ARN and connect in LHR I must pay 5K more.

I assumed that this was the situation for the OP, connecting flight.
