May want to confirm those break points. I was checking for a month in a Florida RI and the rate offered said Corporate 12+ days. I assume that means their rate drops at 12 night. The booking all 16 at the lower rate would seem to be the way to go. As long as you stayed at least 12 (in this particular case) you should be good.
