Hello to all,
sorry for the "wierd" question.
My grandma will be traveling from Rome to IAD on United in Business (award ticket) she is over 80 and speaks little to no English.
A family friend is "escorting" her through the trip (security..etc) now is there a way her name can come up on my grandmas ticket so they can check in together (business counters) and on the plane if any problem arises they can contact her (if it shows up on the crew manifest)....
Also if she could go visit her in Business occasionally.

Any suggestions?
Do i call CS and let them know? Is there any official "procedure" or "terminology"
