Cocoa Island (Como resorts) does indeed offer great snorkeling and diving as the house reef here is completely unspoilt. It is a small island/resort and generally has few kids.
I agree that O&O Reethi Rah is not managed as well as it was when it opened, which is a pity as this is a spectacular place.
