Most Mastercard and Visa offer the benefits you look for, why dont you check the details on the issuers' websites for the specific cards you look for?
It's not always easy to determine the details of a credit card's LDW from the card's website. In some cases, the details are only provided in a brochure that arrives after one is approved for the credit card.

I prefer to use a World MasterCard for LDW benefits. The card specifically covers you even if you use a free-day or dollars-off coupon, and also covers documented loss-of-use charges claimed by the car-rental company.

The Amtrak Guest Rewards World MasterCard (offered by Chase) has no annual fee.
