Still not totally committed on Borneo. I noticed a hospital in Kuching was quarantined this week because of SARS fears. Plus, I got a nice package from the Guam CVB and the Guam Hilton this week. I didn't realize that the pools there are considered a "water park."

BTW, a little off topic: what kind of magazines does anyone think would be interested in a freelance article on Batang Ai? For a totally unique place, there doesn't seem to be a lot of literature out there. Perhaps I could fill that gap -- and totally commit to a trip to Malaysia.
