Nothing to add except that try to visit the Hopewell Rocks during low tide.
As far as hotels go, the Hilton in Saint John was one of the best Hiltons we have ever stayed at...
I agree about the Rocks at low tide - take the time to go down to the beach. It is nice if on the return trip you can see them at high tide for a contrast.
I also like the Hilton in Saint John - much nicer than the Delta, in my opinion.
