I'm reorganizing my credit cards to optimize my rewards for casual, personal travel, mostly overseas airline tickets. Based on recommendations at FlyerTalk, I am considering the Starwood AMEX instead of the Continental World Card I now use.
In addition to Continental miles (I live near EWR.), the other feature of the World Card I often use is the rental car collision insurance coverage on the card, even in most foreign countries. This feature can easily save a couple of hundred dollars.

Does anyone know if the Starwood AMEX comes with that feature ?

Can anyone think of a no annual fee card that comes with that feature ?

Or any other general advice on this subject ?
