BTW OP you can say that about just any place CO flys to, I flew to SAN simply cause LAX didnt have any 25k available and 2 days after I booked my SAN that too went away. That was 2 months before I wanted to fly. So its not just India, good luck getting a 90k to TLV

Best bet if its gonna happen is by not flying non-stop and it being on different ST Partners, with maybe having to overnight somewhere on your own dime
