CO doesn't fly to a lot of countries but they have partners who do. You would redeem a reward ticket using whatever carriers have service and availability to get you where you want to go when you want to get there.

As for finding the 60,000 seats, it can be a challenge and some flexibility helps, but it is certainly possible.
