Food is the same as Y, except on a tray with dishes and cutlery. There are some extras like a fruit bowl and after dinner drink. I think it is safe to say it is worse than UC food. No lounge access In all, PE VS is a good product -I'm sure you will have both a comfortable and enjoyable flight on this route and it will be better than QF/CX Y. ^ If you can get seat 19C or 21C, take it!
Excellent ...... We have actually selected 20A/C seating. The other seats available are D/F/G seating which is no good for us. What is so good about 19C or 21C?

It is what I read about in Virgin forum that makes me suspicious about their service as it seems that they have gone downhill. However I guess it would apply for all airlines in this regard.

I am flying CX to LHR on Y (which I usually fly on) next week. So I know how cramp it will be, so I am really looking forward to more space available in PE compare to Y.

How does VS PE compares in terms of space with eg QF PE, BA WT, UA E+?
