After looking for trip reports on CA in F - Long haul I found nothing... I've been told that since they started ramping up their service for the olympics their in-flight and food has dramatically improved and is now comparable with most Asian airlines... Aside from SQ and CX... Of course ;-)

Can anyone give me advice ?

My advice: Take LH. From my experience CA in-flight service and food is no where near comparable with other Asian carriers (OZ, NH, etc).
