UA does not allow it. I believe that UA makes it's express parters adhere to UA's uniform guidelines. Even the number and style of earrings is regulated ( I believe women are allowed 1 per ear, no dangle, and men are allowed none, which to me asks for a lawsuit, as that appears to be gender discrimination as they are purely ornamental and not functional, as a bra would be.)
