I, for one, will play the devil's advocate. Personally, I don't think facial piercing should be allowed while working. Even though it does not affect his/her ability as a FA, it is just one of those things that is not appropriate when one is working. Have you ever seen a FA in Europe or Asia that does this kind of stuff? Chances are things like this would get you reprimanded or fired in Asia.

This really reminded me of an article I read few weeks ago about what not to wear in office. #1 on the list, flip-flops! #2? Body piercing.

If a FA wants to be expressive, do it on his/her private time.
