Not sure if priority pass lounges have showers at LHR and a membership is expensive if you aren't going to use it often ( do they just do day prices ? ).
However the new holideck lounge in terminal 4 allows a day pass for about 17GBP I believe, might be worth dropping them an e mail to check on showers.
