I'm Hyatt Diamond and my preferences include high floor and quiet room. Recently I was placed on the 6th floor in a room directly across from the ice machine and closest to the elevators. The hotel has 15 floors. This room however is considered an upgrade since it's a bit larger than most other rooms. Seemed a bit strange to me---however they always strive to please me and seem to value my business. The hotel wasn't built as a Hyatt and doesn't have any suites or Regency Club lounge---I certainly feel welcomed and special when staying here---they want to solve any problems/issues and ensure that everything was resolved to my satisfaction. Obviously a terrific general manager and a staff trained to cater to guests. (Hyatt Harborside Boston Logan Airport)^
