same problem for me ...
Did SFO-TLV on Delta in business in April. Only one flight out of 4 credited.
Call FB, faxed boarding pass and then the 4 flights were credited but with only 100% of miles flown.
Called them again to be told that it would be fixed within 10 days.
Nothing happen. Called again today to be told that I had to fax the boarding
pass to correct the problem. Then I told them I already faxed BP in April
and that I already called them for the same problem in June. they told me that everything will be fixed within 10 days and if not then I should call back ...
I'm so glad I switched my travel to UA even if it means connecting in FRA for my usuals SFO-CDG !
