As far as I can tell, trips from US to Europe still require Saturday night stays for reasonably priced economy tickets these days. Is there any way to fly stand-by to get around this obstacle? For instance, if I am booked Sunday through Sunday (one week stay), is there a chance to fly the return a day (or two) earlier without change fees and matching the ticket increase?
